By accessing or using Dely Sign, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

Dely Labs (Development Team) IS NOT LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from, but not limited to:

  • Damage or loss of your data/PDF files.
  • Rejection of documents by third parties (courts, banks, government agencies) due to electronic signature legality issues.
  • Loss of signature history/asset data due to user clearing browser cache or device failure.

You understand that Dely Sign provides visual electronic signatures (Electronic Signature) and not certified digital signatures (Certified Digital Signature) issued by a Certificate Authority (CA). Use for high-value legal documents is at your own risk.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using Dely Sign to:

  • Forge other people's signatures or commit fraud.
  • Edit state documents or official documents with the intent to manipulate facts.
  • Upload or process content that violates the law, incites hatred, or infringes intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to block access to users indicated of abusing the service.

4. Service & Pricing Changes

Currently, Dely Sign is provided for free. However, we reserve the right to:

  • Change features, add limits, or discontinue the service at any time.
  • Charge fees for certain features in the future (freemium).

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
