1. Core Principle: Your Data, Your Device

Dely Sign is designed with privacy-by-design principles. We assert that:

• We DO NOT upload, store, or view the contents of PDF documents you process.
• We DO NOT keep copies of signatures or stamps you create on our servers.
• The editing process happens locally in your browser using JavaScript and Web Worker technology.

2. Local Data Storage

For your convenience (such as saving edit sessions so they are not lost if the browser closes accidentally), we use local storage technologies on your device, namely:

• Local Storage: To store preference settings (theme, language).
• IndexedDB: To store temporary session data, signature assets, and document history locally on your device.

This data is entirely under your control. If you clear your browser cache (Clear Data), this data will be permanently lost and we do not have a copy (Backup).

3. Analytics and Tracking

We use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) minimally to understand how our application is used (e.g., daily visitor count, device types, and page performance).

This data is collected anonymously (aggregated) and is not used to identify individuals or read the contents of your documents.

4. Ads

Currently, Dely Sign does not display third-party ads. If this policy changes in the future, we will update this page.

5. Security

Although we do not store your data, we use the HTTPS protocol (SSL encryption) to ensure that the application code sent from our server to your browser is secure and has not been tampered with by third parties in transit (Man-in-the-Middle).
